What we collect

• Email address — solely to deliver your finished file.
• Files you upload — stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2, processed by our ML pipeline, then deleted after 7 days.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.

What we don't keep

• We do not store voice clones, face embeddings, or biometric fingerprints after your job completes.
• We do not sell or share your data.
• We do not use your files to train any model.
• We do not add you to a marketing list.

Retention

Input and output files are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Job metadata (status, email, timestamps) is retained for accounting and refund-handling purposes.

Sub-processors

We use Cloudflare (storage, DNS), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Fal.ai (GPU inference), Google AI Studio (translation), and Sentry (error logging). Each receives only the data needed to do its job.

Your rights

To delete your data early, email support@adoptedit.com. We'll wipe all records within 24 hours.
